Being a fresh graduate, and hopes to seek for a future job related to the degree which i took and spent for
almost years in college,which is about computer and sciences. From there on, i really admire the BPO industries
in which in our country in Asia is one of the great potentials in business processing and outsourcing.Philippines
alone has it's own growing call centers and companies which provide third parties and customers outsourcing through
wireless communication, such services defines customers service and technical assistance.
I never had the guts to pursue the use of getting in touch with many other people far more different from language and
races in which as a customer service agent or any other position in a call center, but the demands and wage temptation
that is undeniable indulging and the incentives that an agent can get from every transactions. Yet, i had many other
options to choose from, i can anyway be a web developer, mobile software developer and many other computer related and
based programs and jobs in which my skills best suits.
In the mean time, i use to ask some of my friends and recent schoolmates who had their shares in working in those nature
of jobs in a call center, many had best define it as a job which cost high incomes, salaries and enjoyment from learning.
It's a great option to start a career, a possibility of fast promotion for really exceptional agents with skills and
communication charms.
But the one that invites me likely, is that the story which is one of my best friend and party lover told me. In a call
center you can have friends particularly girls more of an intimate,which means we are one of those many guys who like the afterlife of a work
making fun and drinks and most especially one night stands. Well the least which makes me interest awfully.But I was quite
bothered of news which these days are alarming, most especially among call center agents and are among those who contribute
to HIV'S and soon to be AIDs.
